Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the organization operating the lbaji platform ("Company") and each individual who registers on or uses the services of lbaji ("User"). By accessing lbaji services through our website, mobile interface, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any lbaji services. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms.

1.Eligibility & Age Verification

lbaji services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• At least 21 years of age ("For those aged 21 and above only").
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region where the applicant resides.
• Personal information has been provided completely, truthfully, and accurately at the time of registration.
• Has never been permanently banned from lbaji or any associated platform.
• Is not an employee, director, or close relative of any employee or director of the Company.

2.Account Registration & Security

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account on lbaji. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is a direct violation of the rules and will result in all accounts being closed.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details. If any of this information changes in the future, you are required to notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party unless authorized. If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, contact lbaji support immediately.

3.Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lbaji currently processes deposits and withdrawals through four mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. You must have an active mobile wallet registered in your name to complete payment transactions.

• Deposited funds must be sent from your own mobile wallet only. Deposits from third-party wallets are not accepted.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned via the same method and to the same number used for the original deposit.
• If a bonus is active, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made (see Section 4 for details).
• For suspicious transactions, lbaji may initiate an additional verification process and withdrawals may be temporarily delayed.
• If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error, lbaji reserves the right to make corrections.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on lbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

4.Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

lbaji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Other Promotions

lbaji may run cashback, reload bonus, or special tournament offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published separately when the offer launches. 5.Gameplay & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games on lbaji are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or certified live dealer system, ensuring fair play. The results of all games conducted on the platform are completely independent and not predetermined.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and sports market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game lobby. The Company reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

5.3 Sports Betting

If a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason after a bet has been placed in a sports market, that bet will be settled according to the rules of the relevant market. If evidence of match-fixing or any misconduct is found, the related bet will be voided.

5.4 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, internet outage, or software issue, lbaji will review the session data and provide a resolution. Bets on games declared "Void" or "Cancelled" will be fully refunded.

6.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lbaji:

• Conducting money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial intelligence to conduct gaming or betting.
• Using any calculating device or software to predict game outcomes.
• Attempting to steal or hack another user's account credentials.
• Fraudulently claiming bonuses or promotional benefits through multiple accounts.
• Harassing, intimidating, or providing misleading information to other players.
• Attempting to carry out any form of cyber attack on the lbaji system.
• Operating an account on behalf of or under the identity of a minor.

7.Responsible Gaming

lbaji believes that recreational gaming should be enjoyed responsibly and within limits. We are committed to helping our users develop healthy gaming habits.

• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your personal or financial life, please contact us immediately.
• lbaji provides self-exclusion and deposit limit features upon user request.
• If potentially problematic gaming is identified, the Company may proactively impose restrictions on that account.
• It is advised to avoid gaming while under the influence of alcohol or during moments of emotional stress.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the lbaji website and platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, designs, and other elements — is the Company's proprietary intellectual property. You may use the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying lbaji's logos, brand name, or content without the Company's written permission is prohibited.
• Third-party game software and content on the platform are subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective providers.
• Legal action may be taken in the event of intellectual property infringement.

10.Limitation of Liability

lbaji always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, the Company's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with the user's device.
• Technical failures of third-party payment gateways or game providers.
• Cyber attacks or unauthorized access to a user's account by others (where the user has not followed security precautions).
• Temporary or permanent suspension of service due to legal changes.
• Force Majeure — uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or war.

11.Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by the Company

lbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transaction activity.
• Due to legal obligations or regulatory orders.

11.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon receiving the request, any remaining balance will be returned subject to settlement of all pending bets and fulfillment of wagering conditions.
